Arizona

Here we need to:

Flip the State House
Flip the U.S. Senate Seat

Arizona has been getting bluer over the last few cycles, and is just now becoming a realistic opportunity for Democrats. Republicans hold all three branches of the state legislature;

we have to flip the house to prevent further gerrymandering.

State House

This November, all 60 seats in the Arizona State House are up for grabs.

In 2018, Democrats narrowed Republican's margin from 10 seats to just 1.

Let's get started.

  • The mayor of Flagstaff, AZ, Evans was the first mayor in Arizona to shut her city down in the wake of the pandemic

  • In 2018, Democrats missed stealing a seat here by only a couple hundred votes!

  • 2018: R+0.6, 2016: R+2, 2014: R+6

  • Former educator

  • Democrats took a seat in this district in 2018 for the first time in over a decade.

  • 2018: D+3, 2016: R+3, 2014: R+10

  • Democrats haven't had a seat in this district for over a decade.

  • Democrats missed stealing a seat in this district by 0.5% in 2018!

  • 2018: R+1.5, 2016: R+4, 2014: R+6

AZ-28: Kelli Butler (incumbent)

  • Butler introduced an amendment to birth certificates that allow for changing gender identity.

  • This race has been decided by less than 2% of the vote over the last few cycles.

  • 2018: D+1.4, 2016: R+1.7, 2014: D+1.5

  • Lieberman served as the CEO of JumpStart, which has allowed for over 100,000 children to receive scholarship money for college.

  • As a first-time political candidate, Aaron knocked on over 5000 doors and raised more money to support his campaign than any other State House candidate.

  • 2018: D+1.4, 2016: R+1.7, 2014: D+1.5

US Senate

This November, one of Arizona's U.S. Senate seats are up for grabs! We'll need it to #FlipTheSenate.

Incumbent Martha McSally (R) lost her 2018 Senate bid to current Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D), but took over Arizona's other U.S. Senate seat by appointment after the passing of Sen. John McCain.

U.S. Senate Seat:

Mark Kelly

  • Running against Martha McSally (R)

  • A former captain in the Navy, and a former astronaut, he is also married to former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords.

  • Current polling average: D+2, Mark Kelly +9
