State Senate

This November, 18 of the 35 State Senate seats are up for grabs. Right now, the Democrats hold the State Senate by only 3 seats.


Here are 4 candidates you can contribute to.

  • Extensive background in education, with a M.A. in Adult Education

  • ​​Zenzinger held this seat from 2013-2015, then briefly gave it up before winning it back by only 1500 votes in 2016.

  • 2016: D+2, 2014: R+1, 2012:  

  • Dickerson has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership

  • ​Republican incumbent Kevin Priola barely won this seat in 2016, capturing 51% of the vote. Let's flip this seat!

  • 2016: R+4, 2012: D+15

  • Bridges has sponsored bills on everything from mental health educational resources to bills boosting the restaurant industry during COVID-19

  • ​​Bridges won this narrow race in 2016, capturing 53% and winning by around 5,000 votes. 

  • 2016: D+7, 2012: D+9

  • Kolker has been endorsed by unions from the firefighters to the California Education Association

  • A little more of a reach, but in a wave year could flip!

State House

This November, all 65 of the State House seats are up for grabs, and right now, the Democrats hold the State House handily.

  • Mental Health Colorado gives Cutter a perfect score in her voting record since taking office.

  • ​This seat was flipped blue by Cutter in 2018, and was on the bubble before that.

  • 2018: D+7, 2016: R+3, 2014: R+9

  • Titone is a strong, trans woman fighting for what's right!

  • This GOP stronghold was flipped blue by Brianna Titone in 2018 by just 439 votes!

  • 2018: D+0.8, 2016: R+13, 2014: R+15

  • Sullivan was active In the AFL-CIO, which organizes workers in Colorado

  • ​​Sullivan flipped this seat blue by beating a GOP incumbent in 2018 by a large margin!

  • 2018: D+8, 2016: R+9, 2014: R+16

  • Mental Health Colorado and Women's Lobby of Colorado both give Buentello perfect scores in her voting record since taking office.

  • ​Buentello flipped this seat in 2018 by just 300 votes! in 2016, the GOP won the seat by 13 points, and 29 in 2014! Let's make this flip permanent.
